Returns
We want our customers to shop with confidence. Every item is carefully inspected, authenticated, documented, and prepared before shipment.
Eligible returns must meet the following requirements:
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• AUVIRA VINTAGE security tags, authentication labels, and identification marks must remain intact and unaltered.
• Items with removed, damaged, or tampered security tags may not qualify for standard returns.
• All returned items will be inspected after arrival before any refund is processed.
Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury items, returns are reviewed individually to protect both our customers and the authenticity of our products.
